bleh.

The Adderall is having no apparent effect yet. Not that I expected it to do so, but....

Boss is unhappy again. There's large construction equipment in the middle of our front yard (without any warning or permission). Still having allergies. The world's about to go to war.

Now would be a *great* time for me to be able to drown myself in robots. Unfortunately, I haven't a clue what to do with them right now, as I know jack about networking, and can't really get myself to be interested.

gonna go take a swim in the pool of self-pity. be back later.

Boss is unhappy again.

How come?

I'll teach you if you'd like to learn.

wow
amazing how people hardly seem to care about the war thing here...it's nice to be not in sensationalism-land, but at the same time, I would like to know what is going on. I did hear about the plane last night...but as far as about to go to war...have not heard a thing. It's not ALL OVER like it is in the states. Everyone should move here...less stress :) (i love student-ness!)

I hope the construction equipment is not evil to the lawn...xxoo :)

*takes a deep breath*

There. Is. Not. Going. To. Be. A. War.

Wrong set of circumstances. There's no country involved. You can only go to war with another country! At most, there MAY be up to a thousand people involved in this fiasco who hate the US. They are NOT a country. They are a FACTION, a mutation if you will- which is why they are not referred to as Saudi Arabia, Afganistan, or France. They are terrorists, guerrillas, fringe fighters.America has (hopefully) leaned from Vietnam that when you fight terrorists, you kill all the terrorists and behave aggressively towards those countries sheltering them. Those countries are not condoning the actions of the terrorists, therefore there will be no war. There will be covert actions, assassinations, select and careful weeding out of the undesirables. Yes, killing and death and that associated hell will happen, but on a tiny scale. No war. There will be no war over this. Tired of explaining this over and over again.

I agree that is what should happen. However, every press release I hear sounds more and more like 'Take out the Taliban' which is the de facto (if not officially recognized) government of Afghanistan. If we go after the Taliban, I would consider us to be at war with Afghanistan.
