An ad I saw at a bus stop today:

A large photo of a 8-ish year old boy touching his tongue to a frozen metal pole, with the caption: "Life takes risks. Life takes VISA."

So, using credit cards will result in becoming unexpectedly stuck and vulnerable, pain, and possibly the need for medical attention.

Got it.

I always read those in terms of "life takes away your curiosity [i.e., by delivering consequences like having your tongue frozen to a pole]. It's a good thing you can also get through life using Visa."
