D&D - The Drinking Game!

Take shots instead of points of damage. Think of it as a fortitude save.
Drink to double (or triple if you drink a triple) your chances of stabilization

Drink when:
you fail a skill check
someone looks at you suspiciously
someone suggests splitting up the party
you quaff a healing potion.
the DM loses his poker face
the magic user memorized the wrong spells

Drink twice when:
someone else pours a healing potion down your throat
the DM realizes he interpreted the rules wrong

and for our group in particular:
when someone suggests dressing the gnome up like a baby
when someone mentions the NECROMANCER KING!!
