phone book agent must be working by noon monday.
robot demo to division head tuesday at 2.

I *was* going to go home at 3.... I could work on the phone book from home over the weekend, but will I?

*sigh* dunno what to do. I really want all this stuff to work, but I am not sacrificing my life/sanity for this.

That depends. Who is the Monday deadline for? How close are you?

For the robotics stuff, if you think it'll crash into stuff and you don't have the time / sanity to get it working, cancel the demo and reschedule. When demoing to your boss and your boss's boss, you really want to show something solid.

Monday deadline isn't absolute-final-MUSTMUSTMUST-be-done; apk is going to be at the customer's site then and would like to show them the agent. Given the notice involved, to be honest, if we can't get it done, we can't get it done. We're decently close - if we can get the backend hooked up (which is mostly not my problem anyway) it's at least demoable if not perfectly robust.

Hadn't thought about rescheduling the robot demo. I think it'll be ok, though. They're working better now than they were for Alan, if with slightly less functionality, and I will have 8+ hours solid to work on them after Monday's demo.

BTW, is your program still running on the mindstorms? He might want to see that. I've got the PPRK with me and am hoping to get one of those programs working too. Whee!

Hmm. So then it sounds like you've got the AB stuff pretty well covered. [Since most left is backend stuff]

I can help you debug on Monday if you like. We'll see how it's running at the end of the day and determine the demonstrability of it. [Is that even a word? :-)]

As for the mindstorm stuff, yup, I can demo that. I'll demo Little Duckling too.
